We started back in 1988 as Allied Aerofoam, building a foundation for reliable custom manufacturing that dictates our operations today. Across our key foam manufacturing plants in Lexington, Tennessee, and West Plains, Missouri, we combine practical American craftsmanship with modern technology to produce foam, fiber fill, and packaging for national brands and major retailers.
